Club Information
Located
on Skeet Club Lane off the Black Stream Road in Hermon, we are a not for
profit corporation dedicated to promoting shotgun shooting sports in
Eastern Maine. Founded in 1967 by a small group of enthusiastic and
dedicated shooters, the Club has grown to one of the largest shooting
clubs in Maine. We own 220 acres that are open to all forms of
recreation by members. The facility includes a clubhouse, storage
building, three skeet fields, two trap fields, and one five-stand
sporting clays field. The clubhouse offers the comforts of home and
allows us to shoot yearround. Light refreshments are available on
regular shooting days. We sponsor registered skeet, trap, and sporting
clays shoots throughout the year. The sporting clays shoots are English
style “through-the woods”. With 35 mobile and fixed automatic
target machines, a 35 foot tower, and over 20 possible stations, each
shoot has a unique combination of target types, sizes, and imaginative
trajectories.
